My client has been in business for about 40 years. They operate a multi-location operation based in the Eastern third of the country. Their specialized haul covers the USA area East of the Mississippi river. Their brokerage operation covers the USA plus Canada and Mexico. There is exceptional room to grow with a dynamic company who is seeking new leaders. There is a lot of info about my client and you’ll learn more during our interview process.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Selling asset-based Specialized Haul service around the Charlotte, NC area to areas East of the Mississippi river, Texas, and Canada. 
  • It’s also okay to just have non-asset-based truck brokerage (LTL, TL, Intermodal).   They will train you to sell the other service.  

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  1. College degree or some college
  2. Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in selling either non-asset truck brokerage (LTL, FTL, Intermodal) and/or selling asset-based Specialized haul.
  3. Demonstrated success in selling and growing business.
  4. Have good client following 

      1.  $50K - $80K base salary (TBD by salary history & Experience)
      2.  Bonus
      3.  $700 Car Allowance
